Fits on all ESKA engines. Where depends on your model - either the Swivel Bracket, the Transom Mounting Bracket or the Carrier Handle. There is a round hole cut for this pliable rubber piece to fit which holds two spare shear pins and one cotter key.
Top Side Diameter is 3/4" - Bottom Side Diameter is 5/8"
