Store Policies

 

PAYMENT POLICY

PayPal is our payment processor.

We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover. If you have a PayPal account you can also pay by Bank Card, e-Check or your PayPal balance. A PayPal account is NOT required for credit card payments.

If you are a domestic customer - USA - we will also accept a personal check or Money Order. If paying by Personal Check, your order will be held for 10 business days to allow for the check to clear. If paying by Money Order, your items will be shipped as soon as payment is received.

If you are an international customer - we will only accept payment by MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover, Bank Card, or e-Check. If you choose any other payment option, your order will be canceled. You may repurchase using any of the approved International payment methods.

 

 

OUR RETURN POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:

Please contact us for instructions/approval prior to returning any item. 

NEW ITEMS - within 10 days - refund of the purchase price after return of item. Item cannot have been installed and must be returned in original unopened package. 
USED ITEMS - Exchange for Store Credit Only upon approval - Store Credit will be handled through our Brick and Mortar Location, not through our online store. 
ELECTRICAL ITEMS - No Return, No Exchange, No Store Credit 
SPECIAL ORDERS - No Returns
RESTOCKING FEE - A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
SHIPPING CHARGES - To or from, will not be refunded.
